HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR SIZE
A properly fitting bra makes all the difference in your level of
comfort. Did you know that as many as 85% of women today are wearing
the wrong size bra? To determine your size to get the best fit, follow these simple instructions. It is always best to
have someone help you.
STEP #1 - Determine Your Band Size.
Measure comfortably beneath your breasts, keeping the tape measure level all the way around.
If the number is odd, round up to the next even inch. Double check this number by measuring directly underneath your arm pits.
Take the larger of the two measurements. This is your band size. 
STEP #2 - Determine Your Cup Size.
A. While wearing a bra, measure around the fullest part of your bust
keeping the tape measure level. Note: If you bra is too tight
and your breasts are bulging over the cups, add 1 cup size.
B. Compare the results from Step #1 & 2. If the measurement

C. If your measurements falls between one of the cup sizes,
consider the shape and fullness of your breast.
Smaller - Average - Fuller
If your breasts are smaller to average, go with the smaller
cup size. If your breasts are fuller, go with the larger cup size.
Checkpoints
Bra Band - lower edge should anchor below the shoulder blades. If
it rides up, the straps may be too tight, the cups too small or the band size
too large. The band measurement must be accurate before you can adjust
your cup. First get a comfortable fit on the band, then adjust cups.
Why? A 36C cup and a 38 C cup are not the same size. To keep the
same cup size as your bandwidth changes reduce the cup as the band goes up (see
chart below).
Cups - if they aren't filled out and have gathers, this indicates a smaller cup size is
needed. If the breasts overflow at the top, push out to the sides or
towards the center, you need a larger cup size.
Center Seam - should lie flatly against the chest.
Straps - shouldn't slip or leave ridges or red marks on shoulders
Other Sizes You Can Wear
The chart below shows how certain sizes of bras are interchangeable with
other sizes should your size not be available in the style you are looking for. If you normally wear a 36C you
may also fit into a 34D or a 38B depending on the style of the bra. The
mass of the breast tissue for each if these sizes with a matching color is the same. Only the
band width is different.
