RETURN POLICY
Breastfeeding World is committed to your satisfaction with your purchase.
Return Requirements
Return
packages
must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your purchase and require a
return authorization number noted in the bottom left hand corner of the package.
Return
authorization numbers can be obtained by e-mailing a request to
Returns@bfw-usa.com. Returns received without a return authorization
will be refused. Products can be accepted if they have
not been worn, soiled, washed, exposed to breastmilk and have all of their
original packaging in good condition. Returns for breastpumps can be
accepted if the original manufacturer seal on the pump box has not been broken.
Clearance items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds and,
for hygienic reasons, panties can not be returned or exchanged.
To expedite processing for
exchanges, our recommendation is that you place a new order for the product you
need. Then, complete the Return Form enclosed with your original order and
mail it back the return item for credit.
