Free Shipping &
Handling for Internet Orders Over $15 - Continental US
If you select free shipping,
your order should arrive with in 7-14
days. If you select Priority Mail your order should arrive within 3-5 business
days. Free shipping offer does not apply to orders placed with a
Customer Service Representative or orders under $15.00 and
are subject to a $3.95 handling fee.
Packages within the Continental US ship via the US Postal System or via
UPS Ground, depending on the size and weight of the order.
Packages under 1 lb. ship via US First Class mail and usually arrive with
in 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Packages over 1
lb. ship via US Parcel Post or via UPS Ground and may take up to 14 days for delivery.
Breast pumps ship via UPS Ground, take 3-7
days for delivery after leaving our facility
and may require a signature at the time of delivery.
Orders weighing more than 2 lbs
that ship to
the Hawaiian Islands, Alaska or a Military APO addresses may be subject to
shipping and handling charges.
Order Processing Time
Frame
Most order ship within 24 hours, but some orders
can take up to 2 business days to process before they are shipped. If any
item is on back order, a notification is sent within 2 business days.
An Important Note About UPS Shipping Methods
Orders
take 24-28 hours to process for shipment, so 1-2 days must be added to the
delivery time frames quoted by the automated UPS system. UPS does not ship on weekends. There are
occasions when a shipping method chosen is not available to the shipping address
provided. When this occurs, the next fastest available method will be used
and the shipping charge for the service will be assessed separately from the
original order. The separate charge notification is displayed during the
checkout process.
International Orders
We are able to ship international orders however,
international shipping method rates can not be quoted through the website.
To quote shipping charges for an international order, we need to know the
contents of the order and the complete shipping address. The easiest thing to do
is place your order selecting the Free Shipping method. E-mail us at
orders@bfw-usa.com and notify us that
you would like a shipping quote. We can e-mail you your options and modify
your order total for the shipping option you select. International
shipments are most cost effective if shipped via the US Postal system. If

Address Correction
Charges Customers who provide
addresses that are incorrect may be subject to address correction fees. |
